All of our appointments are VIRTUAL with the exception of Botox injectables for those living in the Houston, Texas area. Need help? Please be sure to FILL OUT any online forms at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your first visit with any provider or new service always requires an intake form and signing of consents.

STEP 1: NEW CLIENT INITIAL CALL (required first step)
START HERE if you're new to Exploring Your Health. Select which visit matches your referral type or for general information select "Discovery Call." This complimentary 20-minute consultation is designed to streamline your start with our practice. We'll work together to identify the best service for your needs, order any required lab testing, provide you with the specific intake forms and consent documents for your chosen service, and get you scheduled for your first appointment with our provider.
What happens after this call:
Peptide Therapy or Weight Loss clients: Schedule your Initial Provider Appointment immediately
Hormone Optimization clients: Labs ordered; provider appointment scheduled 2 weeks out
Functional Medicine clients: Labs ordered; our office will contact you to schedule when results are available
STEP 2: INITIAL PROVIDER APPOINTMENT (choose your service type)
These appointments are ONLY for clients who have completed their New Client Discovery Call (Step 1) and submitted all required intake forms and consents. If you haven't done Step 1, please go back and schedule your New Client Discovery Call first.
STEP 3: FOLLOW-UP VISIT APPOINTMENTS
These appointments are for established clients already in active treatment. If you haven't had your initial provider appointment yet, please schedule the appropriate Initial Appointment above.
Exploring Smart Program or Nutrition Consultations
NEW clients interested in enrolling in our Exploring Smart Starter Program - a comprehensive package combining peptide therapy with personalized nutritional support. During this initial consultation, we'll review your health history, discuss your goals, and determine the appropriate peptide therapy for you. Follow-up to this appointment will be your nutrition consultation with Samantha Grant, RDN to begin working on your personalized meal plan and nutritional strategies to optimize results. Ongoing support for peptide therapy will be done through a regular Established Client visit.
Starter Program $395 (1 consult with Jennifer and 1 consult with Samantha; peptides and supplements prescribed are purchased separately at a discounted rate)
VIP Program $995 (2 consults with Jennifer and 4 consults with Samantha; peptides and supplements prescribed are purchased separately at a discounted rate).
Nutrition Consultation with Meal Planning $295 (1 consult with Samantha, meal plan, and grocery guide)
